Returns

Since most of our products are personalized and made to order, we generally do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Refunds

Once we receive your return request and verify the defect/damage, we will notify you on the status of your refund.

Approval Process

We verify damages/defects through the provided photographic evidence promptly.

Refund Method

Refunds are initiated to the original payment method within a few business days.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placement if the customization process hasn't started. Once the production has begun, cancellations are not possible for personalized items.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (defective/damaged product).
